Excellent Customer Service and Engineer visit.

From speaking with Thomas in the call centre to learning from Izhar the engineer who came out, that the boiler would have to be repaired by the manufacturer, the whole process was smooth and easy; excellent , thank you.

Easy to change fixed rate contract

Fixed rate was coming to the end I went on site and looked at all plans that were on offer chose a new fixed rate plan clicked on it and done for another year quick and easy
