Application for an inset appointment as Water and Sewerage Undertaker for area at Marine Wharf, Deptford
SSE Water Limited of 55 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8BU ("the Company"), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 ("the Act"), that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Thames Water Services Limited ("Thames") for an area at Marine Wharf, Deptford. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours. The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act are applicable in that the appointment relates only to parts of the area to which Thames’ appointment as Water Undertaker relates, none of the premises in which is served by that company.
Application for an inset appointment as Water and Sewerage Undertaker for area at Hills Farm Lane, Horsham
SSE Water Limited of 55 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8BU ("the Company"), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 ("the Act"), that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Southern Water ("Southern") for an area at Hills Farm Lane, Horsham. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours. The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act are applicable in that the appointment relates only to parts of the area to which Southern’s appointment as Water and Sewerage Undertaker relates, none of the premises in which is served by that company.
Application for an inset appointment as Water and Sewerage Undertaker for area at Brewery Square, Dorchester
SSE Water Limited of 55 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8BU ("the Company"), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 ("the Act"), that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Wessex Water Services Limited ("Wessex") for an area at Brewery Square, Dorchester. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company's offices above during normal business hours. The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act are applicable in that the appointment relates only to parts of the area to which Wessex's appointment as Water Undertaker relates, none of the premises in which is served by that company.

SSE Water Limited of 55 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8BU ("the Company"), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 ("the Act"), that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Thames Water Services Limited ("Thames") for an area at Tideway Wharf, Battersea. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company's offices above during normal business hours. The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act are applicable in that the appointment relates only to parts of the area to which Thames' appointment as Water Undertaker relates, none of the premises in which is served by that company.

SSE Water Limited of 55 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8BU ("the Company"), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 ("the Act"), that is has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Anglian Water Services Limited ("Anglian") for an area at Norwich Common, Wymondham. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company's offices above during normal business hours. The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act are applicable in that the appointment relates only to parts of the are to which Anglian's appointment as Water and Sewerage Undertaker relates, none of the premises in which is served by that company.
