Applications for an inset appointment as sewerage undertaker for area at Hunter Avenue, Ashford
SSE Water Limited of 55 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8BU (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“the Act”), that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Sewerage Undertaker in place of Southern Water Services Limited (“Southern Water”) for an area at Hunter Avenue, Ashford. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours. The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act are applicable in that the appointment relates only to parts of the area to which Southern Water’s appointment as sewerage undertaker relates, none of the premises in which is served by that company.

SSE Water Limited of 55 Vastern Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8BU (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“the Act”), that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of Thames Water Services Limited (“Thames”) for an area at Bromley Common, Bromley. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours. The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act are applicable in that the appointment relates only to parts of the area to which Thames’ appointment as water and sewerage undertaker relates, none of the premises in which is served by that company.

Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours. The provisions of section 7(4)(b) of the Act are applicable in that the appointment relates only to parts of the area to which Thames’ appointment as water and sewerage undertaker relates, none of the premises in which is served by that company.
