What information can you view?

Just enter your postcode above and you will be able to see full tariff information for our current and older tariffs including:

Unit rate
The amount charged for each unit of gas/electricity that you use. This is always expressed as pence per kWh.
Standing charge
A daily amount that you pay to cover the costs associated with getting the electricity or gas to your property, maintaining the electricity and gas networks and the costs to maintain your meter, including safety inspections and meter readings.
Tariff Comparison Rate (TCR)
A rate per kWh that lets you compare the price of your current tariff with different tariffs from us or other suppliers. It is based on a typical usage of 3,200 kWh of electricity or 13,500 kWh of gas a year. It takes into account the unit rate, standing charge and any discounts you get. The TCR is not based on your personal usage and for this reason should be used as a guide only. Your actual TCR will depend on the amount of energy you use. Any termination fee that may apply to a tariff is not included in the calculation of the TCR.
What is a kWh - Kilowatt-hour?
A kilowatt hour (kWh) is a unit of energy which is recorded by your electricity meter. A single kWh will power a 40 watt light bulb for 25 hours. Your gas meter does not record in kilowatt hours so we convert your gas usage using the formula shown on your bill. We charge you per kWh when working out your gas bill.
