  • Ice points will be credited to your account within 10 days of your supply start date or if you are an existing customer, within 10 days of your service plan change (if you are already an Ice customer).
    Ice points and your Ice account will be the sole responsibility of Ice www.myice.com
    Ice points can be claimed for one sign up or service plan change only. In the event of a house move no further Ice points can be awarded for energy.
    Ice points may be withheld at SSE’s discretion.

    *Up to £75 of Ice points – you will be rewarded with a maximum of 3750 Ice points for a new energy plan worth £75 via double points in Shop and spend Ice.
    If you are not currently an SSE customer and successfully apply for a Dual Fuel Plan, you will receive 3,750 Ice points.
    If you are not currently an SSE customer and successfully apply for an Electricity Plan, you will receive 2,250 Ice points.
    If you are an existing SSE customer and successfully apply for a Dual Fuel Plan, you will receive 750 Ice points.
