    We know there could be times when you’ll find it difficult to pay your energy bills. If you do have problems, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we’re here to help. And we have extra help available if you’re worried about being cold due to poor housing, health or income issues.

    Winter care rebate

    If you’re spending between 10% and 15% of your household income on fuel costs, you may qualify for our winter care rebate. This gives you a rebate of £50 per account to help with your fuel costs*.

    energyplus Care tariff

    If you’re spending over 15% of your household income on fuel costs then you may qualify for our energyplus Care tariff. This is our social tariff and will be the lowest cost tariff in your region. It gives a reduction of up to 20%, no matter how you pay your bills.

    Whatever you qualify for, our specially trained advisers will also be able to help you with:

    • Free energy efficiency advice to help you save even more money on future bills.
    • Free benefit entitlement check.
    • Advice on grants available.
    • Free energy efficiency measures.  For example, you could qualify for a free A-rated fridge or a discounted A-rated fridge/freezer.
