How can I pay my bill?

Here are some of the ways you can pay your bill:

Phone banking

Please use the following details:

Account Number: 00000000

The account number contains 8 'zeros' as the sort code is specific to Southern Electric. Please quote your Southern Electric customer account number which is shown in the top right-hand corner of your bill.

Credit or debit card

Please call us on 0845 704 5038.

Post

Fill in your payment slip and send it with your cheque or postal order to:

Please make cheques payable to 'Southern Electric plc' and write your customer account number on the back (please do not send cash in the post).

Bank

You can pay by cheque or in cash at any branch of your own bank or a NatWest Bank, without charge. If you use a different bank you may have to pay a fee.

Post office

You can pay at any Post Office free of charge.

Paypoint

You can pay free of charge at shops with a PayPoint sign. Click here for more details.
