†iplan is the first product in the UK that offers a fully integrated end-to-end customer engagement product that takes your electricity usage data, through the sensor, to the display through to the iplan account.

The payment methods available for iplan are quarterly billing or fixed monthly Direct Debit only.

An online iplan account and paperless billing are required.

Available to dual fuel or electricity only properties where there is no mains gas (General Domestic Standing Charge) customers. This product is not available for some tariff/meter types. This product is available for domestic supplies only, with availability in the UK only excluding Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

iplan is a standing charge only product.

iplan is not compatible with Linux, Mac OS X 10.4 commonly known as "Tiger" and Mac OS X 10.7 commonly known as "Lion".
