To get paperless billing, register for an online account. Or if you've already got an online account, log in and go to 'your services' to change your statement type.
We regularly review your payments
The amount you pay is based on the amount of energy you've used over the last 12 months. If you've not been with us for a year, our expert advisers can help advise a figure.
We'll also:
- Review your account at least once a year to make sure you're paying enough.
- Let you know if your payments change
- Send regular statements so you can keep an eye on how much you're using
You can find out your current account balance whenever you need by registering for an online account. You can give us your meter readings online and we'll tell you what your current balance is straight away.
Remember, we expect you to have a credit on your account just before winter to cover your increased usage in the cold months.
